Terms of use

Euxie Signal (“Signal”) is a market watcher run by Euxie. It publishes AI-generated calls on US stocks and major crypto and scores every one against what the market did. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, including the usage telemetry it describes. If you do not agree, do not use Signal.

Information, not financial advice

Every call, target, stop, horizon, chat answer and statistic on Signal is general information produced by a language model reading price history and news. None of it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a forecast, and none of it takes your circumstances into account. A good track record does not make the next call more likely to be right. If you act on anything here, the decision and the risk are yours, and you can lose money. Speak to a licensed adviser before making investment decisions.

Market data

Prices, news and sentiment come from third-party providers and can be late, incomplete or wrong; every figure shows its age, and the scoring rules are published on the methodology page. The calls and the record are one shared record every account reads — they are not yours, and they stay when you leave. Your watchlist, its notes and your chats are yours.

Fair use of the service

Signal is offered free of charge, and its AI runs on Google's Gemini API paid for by the person running it. So the scheduled analysis has a daily budget and each account a small daily allowance for questions; the limits may change. Do not scrape, resell or automate the service, or use it for anything illegal or harmful to others. Accounts that do may be suspended or removed. The service may change or pause at any time.

Your account

One sign-in serves several Euxie apps. Deleting your Signal account removes Signal's data about you and signs you out; the sign-in itself stays for the other apps. Usage telemetry is kept separately — the privacy page says what it holds.

Emails

Emails about your account are sent when they are needed. The daily watchlist email is sent only if you turn it on, and every one carries an unsubscribe link. Product news and offers are sent only if you opted in, at sign-up or under Account, and you can turn them off there at any time.

No warranty

Signal is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, including as to the accuracy or timeliness of any data or call. To the extent the law allows, Euxie is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including any trading or investment loss. Questions go through the feedback form once signed in, or to the contact in /.well-known/security.txt.
